Opening of Eggemoors travelling exhibition in Paderborn

„The Egge Moors are a good example of combining nature conservation and homeland protection" says head of the district authority Manfred Müller during the opening. Christoph Schön, chairman of the nature park Teutoburger Wald / Eggegebirge, emphazises the excellent collaboration with the Biologische Station. Together they aim to protect nature and make it accessible for everyone. Ludger Kappius, chairman of the ecology committee explains that many moors have been destroyed and that projects such as this can counteract this development.
